If you want a no hassle replacement for the Honeywell CM707, the best bet is to buy the same model. It’s available for sale but now appears to be more expensive due to the model not being as readily available as it once was. You can find the CM707 model available for sale here. The best, or most easiest alternative replacement for the CM707, other than the same model, is the 7 or 5/2 day Honeywell Home T3 Wired [pictured below]. This is a direct, hassle free replacement, as the wiring is the same.
If you want to go Smart, there are many models that can be used in place where a 707 was previously installed. Brands like Honeywell, Nest and Hive are all suitable replacements.
